Why Professional Oversight Matters
When purchasing property in Spain, professional regulation matters. A colegiated lawyer must hold a law degree, be admitted to a Bar Association, carry professional indemnity insurance and be subject to disciplinary supervision and ethical rules. The difference between an unregulated intermediary and a colegiated lawyer is critical — especially on purchases of hundreds of thousands of euros.
Every operation conducted by Premium House Spain is carried out under the standards of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Valencia, including the professional ethical code, full disciplinary oversight and mandatory professional liability insurance.
